All of these steps require time, and special customs clearance procedures may take longer. If your package has not been updated within the expected delivery period, please be patient. 1. Delivery Time: The delivery time is calculated from the moment your package status shows "Shipped" and is estimated to take 8-15 days to reach the pick-up point. This timeframe includes the entire international logistics process and serves as a basic reference. In case of special weather conditions, customs issues, or logistics provider delays, the delivery time may be significantly affected, so please allow enough time for your package to arrive.
2. Shipping Fee Calculation Rules: Shipping fees are variable. You can log in to the App, select your country and route, and view the route details to see the specific shipping fee prices and calculation methods.
