Except for the information collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to the scenario where purchasing service providers and logistics service providers independently provide services to you based on their own services on the FunBay platform, and they collect and use your personal information separately. At that time, you should comply with the personal information rules agreed upon between the purchasing service provider, logistics service provider, and you.
2. What personal information does FunBay collect from you?

(2) Binding third-party platform accounts. If you need to bind your FunBay platform account with a third-party platform account, you need to authorize us to disclose your FunBay platform account information (including name, email, account ID) to the third-party platform and the owner of the third-party platform account that is required to be bound. If the third-party platform account that is required to be bound is not owned by you, you need to provide the decision information of the account owner to agree to your binding. (3) Binding of referral relationships. If a referral relationship is established between platform users due to the use of the FunBay platform user's "invitation code" function, both parties in the referral relationship should allow us to disclose the user's identity information (account ID, email) to each other. (4) Access to information intermediary services. You need to provide us with your account information, password, bank account information, email, phone number, and device information so that we can identify your account identity, match purchasing service orders for you, and prompt the status of purchasing orders. If you need to search for sales information of third-party e-commerce platforms through product images, photography, and other functions, you should provide product images, and at that time, you should allow us to access the camera and photo permissions of your terminal device.
(5) Help you fulfill purchasing orders on behalf of others. You need to provide us with your mobile phone number, email address, tax number, order information, bank account, identity information, and address so that we can confirm the status and enforceability of your order. If you need to entrust a purchasing service provider to communicate with the seller about the purchasing specifications or characteristics of specific products, you need to provide necessary personal information (such as when using the "Help Me Select" function to purchase clothing products, you need to disclose your personal physiological information such as height, weight, chest circumference, etc. to us, as prompted by the FunBay platform). The above information is necessary for purchasing service providers and logistics service providers to provide services. When you contact us or request to participate in the dispute resolution of purchasing service orders, in order to ensure the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity. For the convenience of contacting you, helping you solve problems as soon as possible, or recording the solutions and results of related issues, we may save your communication, communication/call records and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave) with us. At that time, you should allow us to use the camera and photo permissions of your terminal device. (8) Troubleshooting and improvement services. We may collect service log information such as your search, browsing, and viewing records on the FunBay platform, product information under your purchasing service order, payment time, amount, and channel information, so that we can analyze, evaluate, and repair the reliability, security, and stability of our system services.
(9) Recommendation and personalization. We may collect service log information such as your search and browsing history on the FunBay platform, purchasing service order information, and your review information so that we can evaluate your preferences and enhance your personalized experience.
(10) Comply with legal obligations. In some cases, we may collect and use your personal information to comply with the law. For example, in order to comply with legal requirements related to transaction security, intellectual property protection, anti money laundering, and anti commercial bribery, we will obtain information on your purchase order fulfillment and execution from the purchasing service provider, and verify your account information with the payment institution.

(12) Advertising. We may need to collect and use your address, contact phone number, and email address for advertising on the FunBay platform and promoting services that you may be interested in.
(13) Risk control. You agree that we have the right to require you to provide us with the following personal information to ensure the security of your transaction or payment behavior: the product information under your order (product name, category), shipping information (recipient name, recipient phone number, recipient email, shipping address), device information (model, device fingerprint ID), and the bank card information you bound for payment (credit card holder name, bank card number, bank card expiration date, bank card CVV code, and bank card billing address). The above personal information will be provided to payment institutions or third-party organizations upon their request. SDK Collaboration: To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of the FunBay platform, allowing you to use and enjoy more services and features, our application may embed authorized partners' SDKs or other similar applications. We will conduct strict security checks on the application program interfaces (APIs) and SDKs used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree with the authorized partners on strict data protection measures to ensure that they handle personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. To protect the rights and interests of platform users and the security of orders, you may need to meet certain conditions to cancel your account. FunBay will notify you separately at that time. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete, anonymize, or de identify your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
(6) In response to your above request
If you need to assert your personal information rights or request FunBay to protect your personal information rights, you can contact us through customer service or directly appeal to our dedicated department for personal information protection. We will provide a response within 15 days.
To ensure the security of your account and personal information, when you make the above request to us, we may first verify your identity (such as increasing account verification, requesting you to provide a written request, or other reasonable means), and then process your request.
We may refuse requests for information that is not directly related to your identity, information that is repeatedly applied for without reasonable reasons, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are unrealistic.

D、 To carry out news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities for the public interest, and to process personal information within a reasonable range.

7. How does FunBay store your personal information?

You are aware and agree that if you cancel your account on FunBay, the maximum storage period for personal information under your account is three years. If the storage period is exceeded, FunBay may delete, anonymize, or deidentify the information.
8. How do we protect your personal information?
To ensure the security of your personal information, we have established a complete data security management system around the lifecycle of data, strengthening the protection of data security from various aspects such as management organization, security system, and operation process. You understand and agree that FunBay can only identify whether you are a minor based on the information you provide. FunBay has no obligation or ability to verify the authenticity of the information you provide. If you provide false information that leads to FunBay's incorrect identification, you shall bear the adverse consequences on your own.
For minor users, as their guardian, you agree to abide by the following rules and work together with us to protect the personal information of minors:
